Congratulations Mark and Debs on another great CSR report - easy to read, characteristically witty and very honest. I like the way you avoid the trap of either self-flagellation or self-congratulation. You continue to set a standard for the rest of us to aspire to. As a result of your last report, we have included a brief CSR update on our own standard credentials presentation. We dont yet have anything on the website, which is something of a work in progress; and were not yet producing our own report. So theres work to do here, too, although were pleased with the few modest steps we have taken.
